January 31st 2015 marks the 40th birthday of the dimpled-beauty, Preity Zinta. For all those romantic movies opposite the Khan's of Bollywood and for always sharing her vivacious smile with us all, here's why we want Preity Zinta to make a comeback to our silver screens.

1. Top actress
If there's one thing that we all miss about Preity then it's got to be her fine acting skills. Particularly in the 2000's, Preity reigned over the industry with films including, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Veer Zaara and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. These films have gone on to become three of the best films of the decade that we can't forget Preity so easily.
2. Bubbly nature
Her bubbly and gleeful nature has always appealed to fans across the globe as she has consistently been snapped or filmed smiling and laughing away. While some fellow actors have believed to find this somewhat annoying, we find it particularly endearing. Her unique and bubbly charm is what makes her the 'girl next door' that we all want to get to know a little better! Here's to hoping her bubbly self come's back to the big screen soon.
3. Bold and beautiful
Preity's bold and vivacious personality has shed some light on more than just her onscreen presence. Off-screen, the actress appears to take on some very serious matters in her own hands. From chasing a vehicle that hit and ran over a pedestrian in Mumbai to filing a case against her ex, Ness Wadia, Preity is one fearless chic! Don't you just miss an actress that keep's it real?!
4. Onscreen chemistry
From sharing the screen with Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan to sharing it with the likes of Rani Mukherjee, Rekha and Lara Dutta, Preity's versatility and enigma enables her to share the screen with both male and female actors very comfortably. I particularly miss her onscreen chemistry with Rani Mukherjee - both ladies have worked together to give us some power-packed performances and to see two actresses share onscreen chemistry like this is a rarity today.
