Bollywood is well known for its high profile premiere events, and since the passing of Late Yash Chopra this was a particular premiere everyone had been waiting for. Much speculations were made about whether the premiere would be held in full swing or would simply be a quiet affair. But much of the pictures on the net proved Yash Chopra's legacy was to be celebrated in much flamboyance!
While the ladies- Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif stood with gleaming smiles on their faces before the camera, Shah Rukh stood in a plain black suit between them and successfully still stole my attention straight away! Yes, his getting older and why he's acting with actresses half his age is another question all together...but he is still nonetheless a very charismatic and charming actor, known for his romantic avatars across many successful releases!
With the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai converted into a 60's theme, many stars of the Bollywood fraternity came to pay their respects to Chopra, and show their enthusiasm and excitement for the release of Jab Tak Hai Jaan...Here are some of the stars that shared in the joy of the much awaited release, and this the only place where you will find an honest and informed opinion of what I think about their premiere fashion sense! The couple are known to be close to Shah Rukh, so there are no surprises that they came along to support his new film! Overall the couple are looking great, but the only thing I'd like to point out is Hrithik's hairstyle, which is making him look somewhat out-dated! Don't get me wrong...Hrithik is by far one of the most attractive stars in Bollywood, but I do think a better haircut would do justice to his facial features! Dressed in a white tank-top and casual light blue blazer, Hrithik has has chosen the perfect style for the type of event he is attending. Not too over-done, and compliments his physique ever so well! Suzanne, always looks particularly well-kept and in shape that I couldn't possibly fault her. Whether going for a traditional outfit next to Hrithik was a good match is up for you to decide...but me personally, I think she should have gone for something a little more edgy and westernised!

Neither is it a surprise to see Rani attending the premiere, for her close relationship shared with the Late Yash Chopra's son Aditya, has always been a much talked about relationship in the media! Rani, who was once one of the best actresses of the hindi film fraternity is also close friends with Shah Rukh who continually supports him across his regular film releases. As far as her fashion sense goes, I'm pleased to say she made right choice. Rani is a particular female who looks impressively attractive in a sari, and I don't think anything else quite suits her as well! The traditional red bindi, dark kohl kajal eyes and traditional detailing to the sari works well together to bring out the Bengali tigresses features! Way to go Rani!

Some of the earliest Yash Chopra romantic flicks were all about this one man! Amitabh Bachchan rose to fame as a result of films such as Kabhi Kabhi and Silsilay, and today he lives on as one of the most finest and respectable actors of Bollywood! He may have celebrated his 70th birthday a month ago, but this man just keeps looking better and better! Standing tall in a black tuxedo, he looks simply dashing, and carries off the smart and sophisticated look extremely well..love it! Jaya Bachchan has carried the statement of wearing a traditional sari for some time now, that I cant seem to see her dressed any other way. There is nothing particularly unusual or eye catching about her outfit, that I wish she wore something with a little more panache in it! The choice of red however, is a fine one...and I think it compliments Sir Bachchan well dressed in black! Thumbs up!

I'm not an incredible fan of Bipasha, for her films films have failed to impress me! But one thing is for sure, that she always grabs much male attention because of her athletic-toned body! On the contrary, this picture isn't quite all about Bipasha's sex appeal, and whatever happened to her sense of style here is major disappointment. For a start her hair so flat and style-less does not work in her favour, and she should really be sticking to big volume with oomph in her hair to bring out her features. Her dress sense is also a major let-down too, where luminous shades of pink/red really don't mix well with her skin-colour..makes me wonder if she even had a stylist to help her out here! Bad choice Bips!

No need to introduce this man again, but lets introduce you to his one and only..Gauri Khan. Known as a producer and wife to Shah Rukh, Gauri has rose to much prominence in the industry and is seen alongside the Baadshah himself at many celebrity events! Gauri always looks wonderful, and in particular here she has chosen one of the most fabulous outfits! A beautiful shade of navy blue, embellished with antique gold simply looks ravishing! Keeping more attention on the sari itself, Gauri has chose to wear a simple necklace and bindi, perfectly complimented! Love it!
